GP Supervisors/Trainers

QRME acknowledges the invaluable support of the QRME General Practice Supervisors/Trainers and staff within their practices.

GP Supervisors/Trainers are a highly skilled resource providing the majority of education and training, as well as being the professional role model for Registrars. Training is undertaken in a variety of ways including one-on-one, supervision, support, feedback and advice.

QRME has over 60 accredited Training Posts throughout our region.

The RACGP General Practice Vocational Training Standards indicate both the minimum requirements and aspirational goals for general practice education and includes standards for trainers, training posts, programs and providers.
